OUR DEEP CLEANSE PROCESS
WHAT WE DO BEST
Our trained cleaning specialists are the best at what they do – taking awesome care of your bags and items every step of the way. Here’s how we do it:
Step 1. Analyze and diagnose
We highlight the major areas of concerns (e.g.stains, odor etc.), identify the nature of the stains and select the most appropriate cleaning agents to clean it.
2. Selecting the right tools
We have an array of fine tools and brushes that we use for each specific material and leather. We have up to 10 different brushes for each specific leather and material, and utilize 15 all-purpose tools for those hard-to-reach corners.
3. Gentle and effective cleaning agents
We only use eco-friendly cleaning agents in our DeepCleanse regime. Our carefully curated formulas contains natural ingredients that make for a gentle yet effective cleansing session for your bags and items.
They do not contain any harsh chemicals so that the natural oils in the leathers is maintained. What’s more, they are also colour-safe, pH-safe and 100% gentle on all types of leathers and materials such as suede, nubuck, canvas, nylon, stain or more.
4. Delicate hand-cleaning
All luxury items at Dr.Bags are lovingly hand-cleaned and personally checked by our cleaning specialists. This ensures your bag’s materials and shape are kept intact and protected during the cleaning process.
5. Gentle drying
After the cleaning process, each item is sent for drying in our professional industrial dryer. The temperature is carefully monitored for optimum drying. Ozone is also applied to help sanitize and remove 99% of all harmful bacteria. The drying process also helps to deodorize and improve on odors.
6. Quality check
Our specialist team does a round of quality checks to ensure each inch of the bag is up to standards. The bag is then expertly packed, polished and buffed to perfection to await collection. Each part of the leather is carefully conditioned to protect them against premature cracking/peeling.
